The Art Center of Tonkawa supports and inspires cultural and artistic experiences, thus enriching quality of life.
Our mission is to “provide education and nurture artistic growth by fostering the creative arts and cultural assets of the area”.
Tonkawa has a rich arts culture and our goal is to help make the arts accessible to all within our area.
The Art Center of Tonkawa has its roots in a meeting back in 2017, when a group of inspired people got together and started outlining what we have today. Like art itself, the Art Center is a work in progress and we’ll continue to adapt and change to meet the needs our our community.
We welcome you to actively participate in the Center! Whether it’s taking a class, teaching a class, showing your work or helping as volunteer or serving on the Board, we would love you to join in!
